• Communicated, served and advised with customers by answering basic queries and directing them to the right areas of the pharmacy
• Helped and volunteered to organise shelves and restock medicines and other healthcare products
• Observed dispensing method and learnt how prescriptions are checked, handed out, and prepared
• Supported pharmacists with coordinative tasks like tidying the counter and organising stock
• Assisted in preparing weekly medication boxes (blister packs) by sorting them out into correct time and day slots requiring accuracy and precision
