I have worked as a GP for 6 years and qualified as a doctor 12 years ago. In addition to this, I am also a lifestyle medicine content creator in my spare time. My work on creating educational videos for patients on topics around chronic disease management/ mental health/ sleep disorders and common ailments.
I have recently completed the Inspired Medics Lifestyle in Medicine Course. I have also been selected as part of a trusted group of scientists and healthcare professionals on a UN-backed project - #TeamHalo- to combat health misinformation online.
I have also managed and led two app development teams between 2017 and 2021. Both have been medical education apps, one of which reached number 7 on the iOS medical top 100 list. My role in these projects involved project management, content moderation, quality assurance, and leading a highly talented team of doctors, designers and developers.
