I'm very dedicated and able to learn quickly when it comes to new things or when it comes to adjusting to something. Im good at communicating with customers and helping them to fit their needs. I listen well and im able to calm down situations if they get out of hand.

I am also able to put a smile on customers faces if they come in sad or down. If customers are rude or come off in a mean tone I manage to keep the situation calm and keep happy. I'm good with handling cash and knowing how to handle difficult situations.

I'm good at also cleaning and keeping maintenance and hygiene. I'm reliable, friendly, hard working, have a strong experience in food service and catering, i've also had experience within serving customers face to face and over a headset for drive thru at costa coffee.

Barista - Costa Coffee

(2024-09 - 2025-11)

I have previously worked at costa coffee as a barista and enjoyed my time there and getting to know all different people. During my time at costa coffee, I adapted and learned things quickly so I was more useful and able too be as helpful as I could be. During busy hours I worked at a fast pace and was able to serve and make drinks as quickly as needed.

I had worked there since September 2024 to November 2025 and stopped working there due to no longer enjoying the job, and being able to travel there due to my wages being the same amount as my way to get there.

Catering - Fish and Chip Shop

Catered in a fish and chip shop for 2 months so far and during that time I handled cash, served people with allergies and made sure not to cross contaminate any food, I have also maintained food hygiene, served and spoke to customers face to face.

Work Experience - Painting and Decorating - Northampton College - Brington

Within this we did work experience and went to Brington to sand down the mold/dirt of the metal railings at a war memorial, on each side and repaint the metal railings so they looked much better and cleaner.
