• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, prompt assistance during room visits or when addressing requests.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces, changing linens, and disinfecting bathrooms.
• Restock room amenities (towels, toiletries, mini-bar items, etc.) and ensure all supplies are fully stocked and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas such as hallways, elevators, and lobbies as assigned.
• Report any maintenance issues (leaky faucets, faulty lights, damaged furniture) or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
