Bricklaying Apprenticeship

During this time I was training and developing my skills in bricklaying. This role has allowed me to develop an eye for accuracy, precision and hands on experience. I also gained teamwork experience as I contributed to larger projects where we all had to work together.

Site Worker - SSGC Covid Site - UK

(2020-12 - 2022-08)

In this role I had the opportunity to work at a designated covid 19 testing site. This was a very stressful and fast paced environment.

• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of the mobile testing sites
• Ensuring the sites were safe and secure
• Travelled for work as the sites were all over the UK
• Helped the public follow safety regulations and gave advice on treating the illness
• Ensured that the workspace was safe and maintained and supervised the site
• Developed management skills, organisation skills and practical skills

House Renovating Labourer - Family Friend Business

(2022-01)

In this role I contributed to a family friends' business, helping with renovating by doing manual labour work.

• Assisting with demolition, site preparation, material handling and basic construction tasks
• Worked long hours and often worked after working hours showing dedication and work ethic
• Gained valuable experience working directly with clients and developing customer service skills
• Worked well in team and paid attention to detail which is crucial in this role
