• Key responsibilities: I assist in food preparation, serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and respectful manner, clean dining areas and the kitchen allowing no bacteria to travel to prevent any illness or cross contamination, I assist with inventory management by sorting out deliveries we receive as well as performing stock checks. Furthermore, I am trained in operating most kitchen equipment required to prepare and cook meals, and I am trained in food safety.
• I have been trained to work in a fast paced environment, whilst working as part of a team to get my job done.
