My name is Kieran Thomas, and I am currently 18 years old. I am working in retail at Preston North End, handling kiosk operations, and other duties when required. My main job duties include handling card transactions, maintaining kiosk appearance, resolving issues promptly in order to ensure a positive customer experience.

I am a till operator of my kiosk, and I am responsible for helping customers and processing payments. My main responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders and facilitating the provision of food and drinks. Optimal client service delivery is my main priority, and I oversee scanning the goods, collecting card payments, issuing refunds and resolving any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner whilst maintaining a clean and safe work environment in line with the health and safety guidelines.

Additional duties include assisting my kiosk manager to rotate the stock around the stands and ensuring preparation is done in advance for the upcoming day by stocking up my kiosk before I leave.
