As a seasoned people professional with global multi sector experience I bring a deep understanding of the DNA of people and harnessing differences to develop the right strategies that enable organisations to flourish and for the people within it to feel more fulfilled and productive in their work. I am passionate about organisations that have a real meaningful purpose and making sure my work is making a broad difference not only within the business but also within the wider ripples of the business and their customer communities.
I bring global experience from a range of size organisations from 10,000+ at West Midlands Police to smaller organisations of c.1000 employees globally dispersed.
I am agile, with a can do attitude and bring fun and positivity to my teams and encourage everyone to learn, grow and challenge the status quo and explore current thinking to ensure our strategies and solutions are fit for purpose for not only today but also in the building of the organisation and workforce of the future.
I have held multiple senior roles in various sectors and am keen to return to Policing with this role to support the IPOC support the evolution of policing through exceptional service delivery.
I have previously worked in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, policing and technology sectors.
I have managed teams from 130 to as small as 5 depending on the size of the organisation. My teams have been remote, in person, global and local so I have a range of management experience as a consequence and great appreciation for the cultural differences of my team.
