Completed a one week in-person placement at David Miller Architects through the Virtual Design Academy, gaining exposure to professional architectural workflow such as the redevelopment of student facilities in UCS. Designed and developed an original model using Autodesk Revit, utilising BIM software to translate concepts into a detailed 3D design which was tailored to specific interests of the home's 'client'. Collaborated with professional architects and received feedback on design decisions, helping reflect initial conceptual ideas and improving technical aspects of modelling to refine the final model.
