About

I am a passionate creative, and I've gained work experience by volunteering across media and art-based companies. I have worked as a store assistant at Music Broth Charity and a co-producer at Jambo Radio Station for nearly a year. I also work under an events and hospitality agency (Hap Flexi), serving as a bartender or steward for multiple events.

Besides work, I have partaken in film and theatre projects with the Glasgow Media Access Centre (GMAC) and the Paisley Charity and Musical Opera Society (PMOS). My work has given me lessons in retail, customer care, and digital media, as well as working with a variety of teams. I have full availability, as my work hours are self-scheduled.

FOH and Bartending - Hap Flexi Agency

Working at different events and adapting quickly to each new fast-paced environment.
Staying vigilant under pressure while serving customers at rush hour.
Setting up, cleaning, and packing away stalls throughout the shift, and always maintaining an organised station.

Retail Store Assistant Volunteer - Music Broth Charity

Cleaning, sorting, and repairing donated instruments and electronics for future customer use.
Preparing for different events within the store, such as gigs, masterclasses, etc.
Catering to customers and event invitees, and making sure needs are met.

Interviewing crowds at formal events for an insight to report on our channel.
Writing, recording, and editing weekly news centred around local areas around Glasgow.
Creating segments with the team for our broadcast while strictly keeping in time.

High School Committees and DofE - Eastwood High School

Raised funds for multiple shows and their partnered charities through setting up bake sales and busking at stores with the school choir.
As house captain: organised meetings, presented at assemblies, and built team morale for events.
Eco committee: collaborated with committee members for many projects and pitched ideas for promoting environmental awareness around the school.
Received both Bronze and Silver DofE Awards that strengthened my teambuilding, leadership, and communication skills.
