Barista in a fast-paced environment, balancing coffee-making and time management skills while juggling tasks such as operating the till, preparing drinks, and maintaining cleanliness.

Assistant Manager at Coffee Cup (2024-03 – 2024-05)

Keyholder responsible for managing staff members as well as barista duties while running opening and closing shifts. The role also required I ensure good communication between staff and management, as well as food prep, delivery intake, stock check.

As a Keyholder at a Covent Garden tourist hotspot, I was responsible for tasks such as open and close, baking and preparing food, serving coffee, operating the till, and cleaning. Retail position with the added responsibility of a QTA (qualified to advise) qualification, meaning I required proficient knowledge of health and wellness products, food and drink and how to advise customers.

Barista and waitress at a vegan café in Bethnal Green. Responsibilities included preparing coffee and fresh juice, coordinating between kitchen and FOH staff, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.
