I have been working within a kitchen environment since I turned 16. I have enjoyed the challenges and fast pace of this work and feel that I work well under pressure but would like a slight change of pace and to move away from the stress of this type of work.
I have always enjoyed spending time with children and since having two of my own watching them grown and develop into the wonderful humans that they are has been amazing. I would love to find a job working with young children and helping them to learn and grow.
I have worked within the hospitality industry primarily within the kitchen since I was 16. I have been at my current job for over 10 years. I work as a chef in a pub kitchen.
