Duties involved working for different charities going to customers doors and asking them if they would like to contribute in raising for different charities eg: Macmillan, cancer research, British heart foundation, Marie curie. Also my duties of team leader was making sure that the Direct debit forms of sign ups from customers were wrote out correctly. I took control of a team of trainees and give them everyday routes and targets to take on a daily bases to go round different parts of each estates and assign them duties of what is expected.

I made sure if any of my team were struggling or needing to take some time to themselves, I would give them that space to just refresh themselves, take 5 or 10 minutes away from doing there job, so they could take that moment to themselves which worked effectively so they would feel ready and motivated to work again. I always checked up on my team to make sure they were doing okay and also see how they were doing with work, seeing what kind of responses they were getting from customers and swapping around so they could work with everyone in the team as well as me their team leader.
