Hello! My name is Kitty, I am a recent Textile Design graduate from Leeds Arts University, with a passion for creating playful, purposeful, vibrant conversational prints. My work is dedicated to inspiring people of all ages to be curious and embrace the positive and uniquely joyful aspects of life through engaging and dynamic designs.
As a Cafe Assistant I gained experience working in a close knit team and fast-paced environment. During my time at Eling Tide Mill, I learned skills in communication, organisation, time management and leadership that I can prove valuable and apply to any job role. Tasks included food and drink preparation, including barista training, cleaning, first aid, team training and opening and closing the premises as a key holder. Although working on the cafe side of the business, I learned how important it is to value the hertiage of your local area, and the museum offered an insight into how promote and encourage learning within your community.

As a Retail Assistant for Anna Falcke I oversee the sales of a variety of textile products including fashion and lifestyle accessories. The business is located in a Christmas market that specialises in unique hand-crafted products. Some of my main duties as a retail assistant include greeting customers, processing payments, promoting and selling products, restocking displays and maintaining the overall appearance of the chalet.
