Kobe Richardson

Motivated and hardworking school leaver, completing my studies in June, with a strong passion for music in which I have attended my concerts as well as sport, particularly football, darts and basketball. Over the past three years, I have represented teams and academies across these sports, developing discipline, teamwork, resilience, and a competitive mindset. Through sports leadership activities, I have strengthened my communication, organisational, and leadership skills while gaining experience working effectively with others.

I am due to begin training as a football coach (Level 3) at Newcastle College in September, where I look forward to further developing my coaching knowledge, communication skills, and ability to support and motivate others. I am passionate about helping people improve their confidence and performance while continuously striving to develop my own abilities. In addition, I completed work experience at the Lakeside Centre in Killingworth, where I gained valuable customer service experience by assisting customers and supporting the day-to-day running of the facility.

I am a determined, positive, and hardworking individual who approaches every opportunity with professionalism and enthusiasm. I am eager to continue developing my skills, bettering any company I work for by being a desirable asset to the team and pursue a successful career within sport, coaching, and customer-focused environments.
