I have 12 years worth of Post Office experience, where I assisted customers with their PO transactions, bill paying, parcel and letters, taxing their car, etc. I was also in charge of ordering and restocking stock, paying bills, and organizing maintenance. I manged the Post office and worked on my own for the last 2 years it was open.
I have computer experience, Horizon from Post office, and Microsoft Office from home. I have also used other computer programs, and I am a quick study. I have cash handling experience from PO, where I counted tens of thousands of pounds, and was accurate to the penny most all of the time.
My customer service skills are outstanding, according to past customers, and I like to go out of my way to assist customers, when I can. I like to be a bit early to work, and I am an efficient time keeper, always returning on time, or a bit early from breaks.
I took typing and computers in School in the USA. And I used to help my grandparents with their home based tax service side business.
