I have worked as an Independent IP Consultant in Mumbai, India to help small businesses and individuals in the fashion and entertainment Industry in Trademark and Copyright Registrations and IP infringement claims to secure takedowns of infringing content from digital platforms, safeguarding clients' Intellectual property rights. As an Independent IP Consultant in Mumbai, India, I have developed my abilities in negotiating the complicated terrain of copyrights and trademarks. My experience counselling clients on IP strategies – brand protection strategies, has given me a solid foundation in IP Law, which has equipped me to flourish in this capacity.

As an IP Paralegal at AZB & Partners, I honed my skills in conducting trademark searches, drafting opinions, researching Performers' rights, exploring Data Privacy Laws, and managing IP portfolios efficiently. At my short-term work experience at Laytons– London, I acquired the skills necessary for preparing and submitting trademark applications in the UK. Additionally, I gained a solid understanding of the legal protocols and prerequisites outlined by the UK's Intellectual Property Office (IPO), effectively utilizing their online resources.
