- Designed a hybrid schema for regulated client-onboarding data: typed relational columns for canonical party attributes plus versioned, hash-addressed JSON for compliance questionnaire content, resolving the auditability-vs-flexibility tradeoff central to correspondent-banking compliance.
- Identified and corrected a foundational architecture defect in an in-flight onboarding module (wrong database engine, wrong frontend stack, unstructured storage of regulated party data) before it scaled, preventing significant downstream rework.
- Restructured a solo-owned technical portfolio into a two-lead vertical model, recruiting and onboarding a Compliance co-lead while retaining Core Banking ownership, improving delivery throughput and removing single-point-of-failure risk.
