I was a bartender before at Twikenham Stadium and there would be angry customers who lost their match but I would always make them smile again by making a joke or complimenting their outfits and also saying that this special beer I made them is gonna be like that snicker commercial that always says “your not you when your hungry” but my spin of take of it was “your not you when your thirsty” and they would always laugh and smile every time and I was the only bartender doing it and then a few copied and before you know it, I started the trend.
