I routinely process developmental assessment referrals for Child Development Services and Special Education Needs assessments all within a timeframe according to the service needs. I manage and book initial, follow up and multi-disciplinary appointments from several waiting lists and routinely format and distribute clinical reports.
Daily tasks also include answering and responding to telephone calls, emails, tasks, processing incoming and outgoing postal mail, scanning & uploading of all paper records.
