Kwan Long Leung

I am a friendly, focused, and enthusiastic person with wide experience in a variety of admin positions in Hong Kong Government. I have also worked in customer service roles within the property sector and as an exhibition assistant. As such, I am flexible and adaptable to new situations.

I am seeking to apply my extensive communication and customer service skills to a customer service or sales-focused role within Hemel Hempstead or Watford. I am currently working part-time as a sales assistant or team member.

Most recently, I have worked as an unpaid sales assistant for Y-Nuts UK, where my key responsibilities included packaging products and posting them to customers, driving sales in a variety of products to potential customers and repeat customers in an open market, managing online sales, answering queries, and sending deliveries to both UK customers and Hong Kong customers, as well as answering any customer queries, including information on allergens, as the products include pecans, walnuts, and peanuts.
