An enthusiastic and passionate young cook who has completed a variety of Hospitality and Catering courses along with having experience in both Kitchen and Front of House in a busy training restaurant at several businesses. This training and experience has developed my confidence and skills which I am now looking to put to use in a management position. I am now looking for a Shift Supervisor opportunities as this is my passion to become a qualified manager and hoped progress within my role.
