I am an experienced Computer Games Lead, who has spent the past 3 years leading programming teams for Team 17 Digital. Before that I was leading Virtual Reality and Simulation development teams for Pennant International PLC. My main responsibilities have been to organise and plan project structure, breakdown requirements and schedule the project workflow. I have then led the day-to-day activities of the project, managing the team, assisting with concerns, delivering pastoral care, as well as taking on project tasks myself.
