I'm 18, just passed my driving test and have my own car so I can get to work reliably anytime. I've been working at Wetherspoons since July 2025, so I'm well used to busy shifts, staying on my feet all day, and keeping calm when it gets packed. I also did carpentry at college and got my Level 1 and 2 certificates there too. I pick things up quick, turn up on time every shift, and I'm happy to get stuck in wherever help is needed.

Bar Staff - Wetherspoons - Birmingham

• Serve drinks and food, take orders at the bar and tables
• Run the till, handle cash and card payments, and balance up correctly at the end of shifts
• Keep the bar, tables and seating areas clean and tidy throughout the day
• Restock fridges, glasses, cutlery and anything else needed before and after service
• Help set up for events and pack away once we close
• Stay polite and sort things out properly if a customer has an issue
• Cover extra shifts whenever I'm asked to
