Manage the day-to-day operations of a family-run used car dealership holding 120–135 vehicles in stock and delivering an average of 90 vehicle sales per month. I work closely with the Director across all areas of the business, effectively operating the dealership on the owner's behalf while maintaining responsibility for sales performance, profitability, stock management, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. Since joining Axholme Car Exchange, I have played a key role in the company's growth, increasing stock levels from 60 to over 120 vehicles.
This expansion helped drive a significant rise in monthly sales, from an average of 50 vehicles to 90 vehicles per month, with a record-breaking peak of 97 vehicles sold in a single month.

This is a family run, used car dealership based in Doncaster units and delivers on average 90 used cars per month. Within this role I am responsible for the day to day running of the business as the owner would spend 6 months of the year abroad. I operate this business as if it's my own on behalf of the owner and my role as manager also includes having to sell stock.
