Laiba Javed

I’m a friendly and motivated individual with a strong interest in customer service. I enjoy helping people and making sure they have a positive experience. I’m good at communicating clearly and staying calm under pressure. I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can develop my skills and contribute to a team.

I volunteered at a primary school in June 2024, where I supported teachers with daily classroom activities and helped young children with tasks such as reading, group work, and general learning exercises. I also assisted in maintaining a positive and organised classroom environment by helping students stay focused and engaged. Through this experience, I developed strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills while working closely with both staff and children in a busy school setting.

BTEC Level 3 in Information Technology

I completed a BTEC Level 3 in Information Technology, where I developed a strong understanding of digital systems, IT principles, and how technology is used in business environments. Throughout the course, I worked on practical and theoretical assignments that helped me improve my problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
