I am currently completing an MRes in Drug Design at UCL under the supervision of Prof.

Vijay

Chudasama, where my research focuses on developing novel pyridazinedione-based strategies for site-selective lysine modification in antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs). With a strong foundation in medicinal chemistry and organic synthesis from my BSc at HKU, I have developed hands-on expertise in bioconjugation workflows, buffer optimisation, and analytical techniques. I am particularly interested in ADC development, translational therapeutics, and roles at the interface of synthetic chemistry and drug discovery.

Part-time Tutor at Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) (2025-09 – Present)

• Provide English and Science tutoring to Hong Kong athletes from primary to secondary school level.

Part-time Student RA for Dr. Angela Yuen at HKU (2024-11 – 2025-01)

• Provided administrative support (assigning research project to the candidates) for the CTHM8101: MSc in Chemical Technologies for Health and Materials program.

Chief Demonstrator of SCI-CHEM1966 at HKU (2024-07 – 2024-07)

• Led and mentored a team of junior demonstrators (Years 2–3) in delivering laboratory sessions for high school students.

Part-time Research Assistant for Prof. Pauline CHIU at LSCCB (2024-02 – 2024-04)

• Conducted purification of cyclic anti-cancer drug candidates as part of the hit-to-lead process in drug discovery.

Internship of SCI-CHEM1966 & Summer Touchstart at HKU (2023-07 – 2023-08)

• Assisted Dr. Yuen with experiment preparation, material organization, supervision, and demonstration of lab sessions for high school students.
