Helper - Petits

During my work experience with petits, I provided excellent customer service in order to help the customers out and help them pick exactly what they wanted. I also made sure all the shoe clubs were all up to date with the right email addresses to make sure everyone has the same sales and offers as everyone else, and lastly worked on a computer and gathered out what and was not online for customers to buy from there.

During the summer of 2023 I went to work with my nan in a sweet shop she worked at in Wales (Caernarfon). While my time here I also gave excellent customer service when speaking back to customers and giving them the correct orders they want, and also had to work in a wood shop next door all by myself while the owner was ill, I was public speaking to customers when they came to pay and made sure they have the experience they would of wanted.
