Laila Khan

I have 7+ years working as an EA and PA in the UK for medical companies, and private banking sector. Supporting up to 4 directors at a time from multi nationality. I am looking to relocate to the UAE immediately for a PA/EA role. I am fluent in English, a high level organized flexible EA, with an understanding of communication, adaptability and high level of delivery of tasks. I am ambitious hardworking and eager to excel in my role as a PA in the UAE.

PA - EA experience from 2016 supporting up to 4 directors within the private finance banking sector. I have also worked as PA to the Director of Research and Innovation for the NHS - which is the British UK health care organisation.

My duties consist of

• Preparing meeting agenda and documents (NDA)
• Taking extensive minutes and logging all actions
• Processing expenses
• Booking travel and accommodation in the UK and international (visa's)
• Supporting with HR duties such as recruitment, onboarding and business development
• Data management, report writing, report collation and distribution
• Rota support and diary management 
• Personal and Private PA support for directors
• Liaising with external stakeholders and commissioners
