Quality Assurance & Production Support Specialist A highly skilled and results-driven professional with extensive technical and quality-based experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Production Support. Proficient in knowledge management, consistently updating and maintaining knowledge repositories.
Good experience at preparing Causative Analysis Reports, offering valuable insights into application flaws and providing actionable recommendations for improvement, ensuring enhanced customer satisfaction and support efficiency.
