My most recent role is working front of house for Tapas Revolution. I was able to learn communication skills as well as learn from others how to provide an excellent customer experience. This included greeting and greeting and seating guests, laying tables, running food and recommending dishes, all within a fast paced enviornment.
I have recently finished the IB diploma and am now going on to my gap year. I am passionate about business and sales, which is why I love working in hospitality as I am able to assist my team to learn about customer experience and how to be a good salesperson.
