I am a law graduate who genuinely enjoys working with people and finds real satisfaction in being able to help someone through a difficult situation. Whether that has been supporting clients at a law clinic, building relationships with local businesses, or keeping things running in a fast-paced environment, I tend to be the person others come to when they need someone reliable and easy to talk to. I have built practical experience across legal research, client communication and teamwork.

Volunteer at Leeds Beckett University law clinic (2024-09 – 2025-05)

• Conducted legal research and drafted case notes on different areas of law such as family, employment and consumer law matters and received insight into how a solicitor provides support through the opportunity of working directly with solicitors offering pro bono services.
• Attended weekly case review meetings to discuss active cases, developing an understanding of how to assess client need and prioritise based on urgency and viability
• Assisted solicitors and fellow volunteers in helping clients understand their legal rights, applicable processes and next steps including supporting clients with interview preparation, drafting witness statements and reviewing legal forms on their behalf.

Event Assistant at Music Showcase (2025-06 – 2025-07)

• Delivered high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment managing a large volume of attendees with composure.
• Collaborated with team members to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for the showcase, contributing to a 60% increase in attendance and product sales.
