I am an osteopath with a background in personal training and sports massage therapy with over seven years working as an osteopath at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) graduate clinic and time at other clinics: The Natural Health Centre; Hackney Chiropractic; as well as home visits in central London.

Managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions with patient-centred self-care advice encouraging self-efficacy. This consists of a variety of osteopathic and soft tissue techniques, medical acupuncture, rehabilitation and general exercise prescription as well as hydrotherapy, holistic, naturopathic and nutritional advice.
