Store Manager at Techhouse Accessories Ltd (2026-06 – Present)

As the Store Manager, I take full responsibility of day-to-day store operations such as cashing up and taking stock, as well as leading sales in tech products, insurance and warranty packages, and device accessories. As a small store, making sure every customer is served is the main focus of my role in order to maximise sales as well as customer satisfaction.

Store Administrator/ Sales Assistant at iStore (2019-08 – 2026-06)

My sales role involved selling Apple and Apple adjacent products, as well as booking customers in for their repair appointments with our authorised technicians. I also received training through Apple's training portal and could provide assistance to customers with software and hardware related issues such as email or accounts problems and even charging issues. My position as Store Admin required me to book in stock as we received it, as well as updating sales figures for the purposes of tracking daily staff targets.

Stock Picker/Packer at Tesco.com (2019-02 – 2019-07)

This role involved unpacking products, placing them on shelves in appropriate order and selecting products and allocating to customer orders. We would carry out quality checks to ensure that customers received the best quality products within the time period.

Software/Hardware Supervisor at Smyths Toys Superstore (2016-09 – 2019-01)

I worked on the software counter where it was my job to sell hardware and software products like PlayStations and Xboxes, as well to provide insight into software-related customer inquiries. My role included training new staff on how to use the tills as well as specific software desk work. I would also have to test and repair (when possible) items that related to the department and either design or retrieve company POS for distribution in the store.

I led the Click & Collect desk as well, which required me to have a broad knowledge of the rest of the store's stock and gather items promptly.

Library Assistant at Crawley Library (2014-07 – 2014-07)

I completed a short period of work experience at Crawley Library in 2014, where I was praised for my excellent communication skills & willingness to support library users. The role involved general IT, supporting parent & toddler reading groups and generally helping out where needed.
