Supporting people with social and physical activities as well as basics such as eating and drinking
Booking and accompanying people at appointments
Assist with personal care - wash and dress patients, serve meals and help to feed patients, help people to move around, make beds, make patients feel comfortable, monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight
Monitoring individuals’ conditions by taking their temperature, pulse, respiration and weight, and possibly helping with medication.
