Administrative work such as printing and posting appointment letters, booking and cancelling appointments. Dealing with personal queries from parents on the 0-5 health visiting point of access. Working at the reception at different clinics across the borough where parents will attend to speak with their health visitor, creating excel spreadsheets as well as assisting health visitors for weighing clinic
