Since graduating from University I have worked in a number of different roles, which has given me a wide variety of experiences. I managed an office and provided administrative support to the Directors and Owners of Lisahally Power station. My duties included producing monthly payment runs, managed a purchase order system, complete VAT returns, reconciled accounts, recorded expenses, produced sales invoices and wrote monthly financials reports. I completed performance and financial reports for the Board of Directors, I also minute took, and audio typed.
I was responsible for diary management, travel and event organisation for the management team. I implemented and maintained ISO 9001, 4001 & 18001 standards.

Personal Assistant to Executive Director of Nursing - Corporate Governance Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust

My duties were to provide all aspects of administrative support to Executive Director. Responsibilities were varied and included managing diary commitments, scheduling meetings and producing minutes to a high standard, audio typing, coordinating arrangements for conferences and events as well as preparing correspondence, reports and presentations. In my role at PSD group I was personal assistant to two managing Directors and six recruitment consultants. Duties consisted of diary management for senior staff, preparing and dealing with correspondence, minute taking and dealing with telephone enquiries. I assisted in planning and organising events, conferences as well as maintaining and updating electronic databases.
The role also called for creating and issuing agendas and reports as well as day to day general administrative and clerical duties. I also provided reception cover when needed.
Administrator - Northern Construction

The role involved acting as administrator and book keeper for Construction Company. The accounts section of the role involved completing VAT returns for UK & Ireland, organising wages for staff and handling PAYE and CIS returns. I set up accounts with suppliers and prepared cheques & BACS remittances for processing and ensured accurate allocation of receipts.
I also organised meetings, diaries, travel and accommodation for the managing director. I assisted in preparing contracts and sales proposals for customers and dealt with suppliers as well as taking calls and handling emails.
Sales Administrator - Dorma Group

Duties consisted of sales order processing, including entering orders into the in-house system, dealing with calls, complaint handling, chasing deliveries and tracking orders. I also liaised with clients and internal departments to deal with queries regarding orders, general enquiries and stock list queries as well as producing spreadsheets and sales related documentation.
