Customer service representative at present. I am a previous pharmacy manager with 12 years' experience in the field, and over 5 years’ management experience, I am a hardworking, motivated individual with the drive and determination to succeed, and progress. I thrive most in busy environments as part of a team, but I am also self-motivated and can work alone.
I pride myself on my problem solving and organisational capabilities, which enable me to meet demanding KPI’s and targets. I am a resilient person and try to react positively to anything that comes my way.
I am committed and like to seize opportunities when they arise.
I have the ability to stay calm, professional and levelheaded when dealing with disruptions, I can empathize with customers and deal with difficult situations on a daily basis. I need a role that challenges me and also gives me job satisfaction.
My experience is very varied, due to suffering with a health condition, but I am determined and have made the best out of my situation. I started in a new field at the age of 30, when I thought i had found my dream job. I am very good with building relationships, i have many transferrable skills, such as dealing with internal and external customers, computer skills, typing skills, telephone skills, managing my time effectively, and ensuring i am being as efficient as i can be.
My most recent education would be the training i have had within my current role, which was a mixture of online training and face to face, i have had to learn a whole new set of rules and regulations and ensure that i comply with these.
