I tested the electronic goods to make sure they were fit for sale.

I dealt with customer service issues both in person and over the telephone and put orders through over the phone and in store. I appeared in the bedspread magazine for my customer feedback.
Sales Assistant at The Body Shop (2016-05 – 2017-06)
I picked up a wealth of product knowledge in this store and enjoyed demonstrating products to the customer to increase sales and inform them about the ethics of the Body Shop. I strove hard to meet targets for the loyalty card and worked with energy and attention to detail when restocking in the stock room.
