- Front of house - Greeting and seating customers, making and managing bookings.
- Waitress - Taking orders, cleaning and setting tables, Understanding the menu and being able to describe food and drinks which we serve.
- Running - Bringing food and drinks to customers, communicating with the floor and back staff.
- Kitchen porter - Washing dishes, clearing plates, polishing glasses and cutlery and stocking the bar.
- Kitchen - Preparing charcuterie boards, Using equipment such as a commercial meat slicer and cheeses slicer, using a black stone and a fryer and understanding allergies and different cleaning routines.
- Bartender - Making and pouring drinks, pints, wine and cocktails. Serving directly from the bar as well as through a ticket system.
- Coffee training - Prepare a range of hot drinks using a commercial coffee machine with integrated steam wands and a separate coffee bean grinder.

- Being part of a team to help plan, organise and run weekly evenings.
- Independently make evening plans which cater to earn specific badges, keep all the children engaged (8 -10.5) and ensure all evening are inclusive to all skill sets.

- Detailed first aid course which I refresh every three years.
- Completing all 12 detailed modules and attending all meeting to do so.
- Completed all 4 missions showing my independence in organising, planning and ability to safely and keep engagement while leading a session.
- Received training on First aid, communication, listening to adapt, programme planning, Improving Planned Evenings, Inclusivity, Engagement, Behaviour, Learning styles, leadership and safeguarding.
