Laura Jimenez

I am a stay at home mum who now wishes to re enter the tourism industry world as I enjoyed it very much when I worked before getting married.

I enjoy reading and birdwatching as hobbies, as well as meeting new people and learning about different cultures.

I can interact with people from all sorts of backgrounds, I enjoy teamwork and have a good eye for detail.

I primarily worked as a tourist guide but tangentially worked in tourism management as well. I did this in Costa Rica, where I grew up and spent most of my life in. I developed a keen interest and much enthusiasm sharing my country and culture with foreign visitors.

I also worked briefly as a sale assistant in a souvenir shop and in a call centre.

I graduated as a Bachelor in Forestry Engineering, Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, 2000.
