I have been working as a qualified teacher for the last 13 years. My specialism is Geography and for the last 10 years I have been Head of Geography at a range of different secondary schools. I have taught Geography across KS2-KS5, developing schemes of work, exam preparation and delivering high quality lessons.
I have taken responsibility for the leadership and management of my departments, ensuring that all lessons are adapted to ensure all students make progress. Alongside my role as subject leader I have also been a form tutor and mentor for students. In this role I’ve helped support students wellbeing and understanding of important life skills.
