Fulfillment adviser - Giftpro

Here I print, check and pack gift vouchers for hundreds of clients. Each voucher is printed on customers headed paper/card and carefully checked and packed in the relevent packaging. I also pack physical gifts and work alongside the customer service team and royal mail to get the orders to customers. I check regularly throughout the day if there are any emails needing attention such as checking stock levels or photographs to be taken of stock.

Customer support - Lewmar

While working as customer support for Lewmar, some of my duties included –

• Keeping in contact with my customers daily via email and phone & keeping them updated with the status of their orders and any changes, answering any questions they had and sending regular completion dates via spreadsheets.
• I was continually chasing parts and items internally and externally to ensure prompt delivery dates.
• A large part of this job was dealing with warranty claims and liaising with the quality team to ensure a correct and efficient replacement for the customers.
• There were financial aspects to the job in sending payments where necessary regarding warranty cases and chasing my customers for payments.

Warehouse operative - Lewmar

While working as a warehouse operative for Lewmar, some of my duties included –

• Solely responsible for picking and packing all of the UK orders, prioritising where needed.
• There were tight deadlines I had to meet to meet the customer's needs so working flexibly was an important part of the role.
• I was trained to use an order picker to assist with getting stock from higher shelves.
• I regularly helped with larger orders which were packed across several pallets.

Self-employed - Avon

While being self employed working for Avon, some of my duties included –

• I ran my own successful team of 20 and sold the products to my customers in person and online.
• For this position I had to complete a tax return to ensure compliance with all sales under the financial regulation.
• Provided a high level of customer service to clients and answered any questions they had.

Full time parent – Home maker - Home

While being a full-time parent, some of my duties included –

• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a clean and safe home environment and providing balanced and nutritious meals for my family.
• Experienced in making financial decisions, managing the household budget carefully and effectively along with managing family bank accounts.
• Identifying and acting on any family illness through use of careful observation skills, liaising with medical professionals.
• Organising time schedule to ensure all tasks of the day are completed and planning of frequent social, recreational and educational events.
• Communicating and negotiating with schools and education associations to aid in development.
• Proven ability to work on own initiative, within time pressures and balance competing priorities skilfully.
• Attending school social events such as sports days and undertaking the school run ensuring their safety and well-being.

Admin assistant - The Home Office

While working as an admin assistant for The Home Office, some of my duties included –

• I dealt with the prehearing side of immigration cases sending some time working within the bails team.
• It was mainly office based with some trips to court hearings.
• I was required to assess and process each case ensuring all details were recorded and dealt with correctly, this included data entry and handling personal information.
