I'm a copywriter, I was the Internal Comms Manager for Lloyds Banking Group for 10 years, I also did marketing for them because I have a marketing diploma. I have a 2:1 in a Theatre Dance degree, that you have to study psychology for - this helps me to understand the different mindsets for various readers: their needs and wants from services and products.

I was an event manager, marketer and the Internal Communications Manager for Lloyds Banking Group for 10 years. I was the Resource Manager for Dare West and True Digital. I was also an internal and external writer for the University of Bath for 5 years.

I have a B in Business studies and English literature A-level. I have a 2:1 in a Theatre Dance degree which involves studying psychology and the history of theatre dance.

I write blogs and books for my company: lauramaccommunity.com that only takes up my weekend time, so it would not interrupt a role I was employed in.
