I am currently attempting to build my own business as an events decorator, I previously built a career over 5 years as a Key worker for young people in care, as much as I really loved my job however, I am unable to continue due to becoming a mum. I have 2 children aged 1 and 4 and am now wanting to take a different path which will work around my family. I thrive on making people happy, love to be challenged and learn new things.
I also have 6 years experience in hospitality which trained me in a high level of customer service.
I have had 6 years previous experience in hospitality, providing a high level of customer service, taking bookings and dealing with complaints. I can work as a team or as an individual and am able to deal with situations under pressure whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
