With a strong background in customer service, I have successfully managed and led teams to consistently meet and exceed response times and KPIs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, I have demonstrated leadership and operational expertise by owning and running my own coffee shop, where I oversaw day-to-day operations, managed staff, and maintained excellent customer service standards. This combination of customer-focused roles and leadership experience has equipped me with the skills to deliver exceptional service, drive team performance, and optimize business outcomes.
am proud to have successfully completed 17 GCSEs, ranging from A* to C, demonstrating a strong academic foundation across a variety of subjects. This achievement reflects my dedication, work ethic, and commitment to learning. In addition to my GCSEs, I pursued further qualifications in vocational studies and obtained NVQs in both Customer Service and Business Administration.
