Customer Service Agent at Harrods Aviation (2018-01 – Present)

I work at a private aviation handling company called Harrods Aviation. I work with V.I.P Passengers and Aircrew which involves meeting all of the passenger and crews individual needs and request which they might have, which also involves silver service. I have worked at harrods since 2018 and I am currently still employed there, I am a good team player and like to learn new skills/tasks and learn new roles.

I have a great customer service experience as I work and deal with all kinda of passengers from all different backgrounds, which dose include meeting all there individual needs that they might request. I am very hard worker who will bring many different kind of skills to a team who will work very good together or by myself. I am a very good time keeper, who is always on time, and likes to work under pressure or to a time request.
