I am an outgoing person, very active and love sports and health and well being. I do boxing in my spare time and work in the health and fitness sector. I have my story of how I got where I am in life and I do believe things happen for a reason and what will be will be, and I believe I was to do this line of work to help and motivate people to achieve their goals and feel better about themselves.
I put so much of my time into people and have good communication skills and listening I am very organised and like to set myself goal and work towards them to get the best.
7 years in personal training, 3 years running classes in boxing and strength and conditioning, developing and delivering programmes and setting out calories. Goal setting and getting the best of your abilities. I have experience in sports therapy and Chinese reflexology. I have 5 years as a health Trainer where I work with people in mental health and training, people with disabilities and Illness to make them feel good about themselves
