Lauren Campkin

I am a reliable and hardworking 17-year-old currently completing a Cabin crew course at Southdowns College. I am looking for a part-time paid role in a café, shop, takeaway, or supermarket to further develop the skills I am learning at college in customer service. I describe myself as friendly, punctual, and eager to learn.

In the last year I have completed my Level 2 Equine Groom apprenticeship alongside part time work in a stable. The skills I acquired within this role demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, maintain cleanliness and work alongside customers. I am experienced in following routines, working under supervision, and assisting with practical tasks and I have good communication skills.

I am confident when talking on the telephone and in person.

Stable Hand at Lower House Farm (2024-10 – 2026-08)

• Worked as part of a team to complete daily tasks efficiently in a busy working environment.
• Maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning stables, yards, equipment, feeding areas, and communal workspaces.
• Followed instructions carefully when feeding and caring for horses, ensuring correct quantities and routines were maintained.

• Communicated effectively with staff and volunteers and worked cooperatively to complete tasks.
