Lauren Phillips

I am a multi-disciplinary fashion creative specialising in high-end luxury styling.

My professional experience as a fashion stylist includes working for AllSaints as an in store stylist, here I worked with customers on a personal level to understand and style them to their specific desires. I have also previously assisted an E-commerce stylist for a week with Net-a-Porter. Here I saw the process of selecting a complete outfit, pairing appropriate brands and designers according to price and style, as well as the market.

I had the opportunity to create 4 looks which were then used on the website the following week later for E-commerce.

I have recently graduated from BA (Hons) Fashion Communication at Bristol UWE. During my degree I was able to explore a variety of fashion medias in which I found Fashion Styling to be my passion and niche within Fashion. This allowed me to be the role of stylist in group projects, some of which were live briefs set by brands such as Fred Perry and Tank Magazine.

Working to live briefs gave me an important understanding of professional work expectations and outcomes required on time. Prior to my degree, I completed a Cambridge technical in Fashion Textiles and Design with a grade of Distinction* Distinction*. This course gave me a solid introduction and understanding of fast changing Fashion trends.
